The Holy Bible or the Christian Holy Bible is the inspired written Word of God.
The God who inspired the writing of the Holy Bible is the true and only God.
He is not what many people worship as gods. Even if there are such gods and even though there are many gods, the God who inspired the Holy Bible is not any of such gods.
The God who inspired the Holy Bible is the one who revealed Himself as Jehovah. He is the Creator of all things. So, when you read the word “God” in this article, know that I am referring to Jehovah.
The Greatest Book
The Holy Bible is the greatest book ever written. It is the greatest book because of these reasons:
• It is the oldest book that ever existed.
• It has been translated into more languages than any other book.
• It is very important to all human beings,
• It is in circulation every where in the world.
• Its production and existence does not depend on any other book.
• It stands on its own and does not copy all other books or imitate them.
• There is no book ever written that has been able to survive more violent controversies than the Holy Bible.
• Its enemies are numerous and its friends are also numerous.
